The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was unexpectedly spacious with several grab bars and a shower seat. The location was great, with easy access to a nearby pizza place and close to downtown.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The office personnel were nice. The 2 queen suite was a good size. The grounds were very clean and in good condition. The room, furniture, and fixtures were in good condition. The bathroom sink area and bathroom were clean and in good repair. Water pressure was good and no fluctuation in water temperature while showering. The bed was comfortable. The digital clock had a built-in iPhone lightning charger. The unit had a USB port. The lamp also had an electrical outlet for charging. The front desk staff was friendly. They provided discount coupons for a nearby restaurant. They have a text service for check-in, requests, and check-out. The breakfast was great with a variety of options. Parking is possible under the roof. Close to downtown. Staff is great and friendly. Very beautiful view of the mountains.
Not obvious to find.
We loved the peaceful location, just a short distance from the highway and downtown SLO. The hotel grounds were well-maintained and the room was in good condition. The bathroom was clean and the water pressure in the shower was consistent. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed a restful night's sleep. The front desk staff was friendly and even gave us discount coupons for a nearby restaurant. We also appreciated the convenient amenities like the built-in iPhone charger and the USB port in the room.
