We had a flawless check-in and check-out experience. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the French Quarter and other attractions. The staff, especially Kendrick, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

We had a fantastic stay! The bed and pillows were wonderful, providing a comfortable night's sleep. The view from the 18th floor, including the hot tub, was breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Bourbon Street and close to streetcars. The staff was pleasant and helpful, making our experience even better.

The hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the famous French Quarter and steps away from Canal street. The room was spacious and very clean, with a super comfy bed. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and room service was fast and pleasant. The staff went above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction, from the friendly front desk to the helpful valet and luggage service.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal as it was within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to experience. We were able to easily explore the downtown area, including Canal Blvd and the famous French Quarter. Moreover, the staff was friendly and efficient, making our check-in process smooth and hassle-free. We were also impressed by the convenient valet parking service, which added to our overall positive experience.
