We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel facilities, including the pool, were excellent. The location was convenient, with good restaurants nearby and easy access to transportation. The staff, especially Michael and Nestor, were helpful and friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The contemporary and spacious overall interior impressed us. The room was large, light, and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and exercise facilities, were well maintained and easy to access. The location was perfect, as it was right by the beach and within walking distance to the Brickell area. Additionally, the hotel staff was impeccable, hospitable, efficient, and responded quickly to any request we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, including reimbursing us for a dissatisfying tour, providing a complimentary tour of the bay, and offering a free grand breakfast and a late check-out on our departure day. We are eager to return to this hotel in the future.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The hotel was clean and had great facilities. The location was perfect for attending Taylor Swift's show at the Hard Rock Stadium, which was an amazing experience. The hotel added to the complete experience and made it even more enjoyable.
