We had a fantastic stay in this centrally located hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the three balconies in our room with great views of the surrounding areas. The location of the hotel was perfect, just two short blocks away from the main plaza and the artisan market. It made it extremely convenient for us to explore all the attractions this city has to offer. The staff was also excellent, always ready to assist us with any inquiries or requests. a great experience!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town with the main square and churches just a short walk away. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a spacious room, a balcony with a great view, and a cool tub design with Mexican tiles. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and provide useful tips. Plus, the hotel was clean and had a convenient kitchenette. Definitely coming back!

Our room was straight out of a fairytale, with enchanting canopy beds, a spacious bathroom with historical charm, and even a fully equipped Italian-inspired kitchen. The rooftop was a true gem, offering breathtaking views of the city's rooftops and a relaxing atmosphere with canopy and swing beds. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was conveniently situated near all the main sights, public squares, great restaurants, and shops. The staff, though limited in English, provided exceptional service and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
