We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were great, including the free coffee, fruit, and biscuits available all day. The breakfast provided was also delicious. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the wharves, restaurants, and the mansions on Thames Street. We also appreciated the free parking available at this hotel.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great restaurant suggestions and quickly addressing any issues, like a squeaky bathroom door. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the hot drinks and cookies available all day.
