Golden Rainbow Guest House Dambulla

I had a fantastic stay at a guesthouse in Dambulla. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful garden on a small hill in a quiet residential area. It was just a short walk from the famous cave temples, making it convenient to explore. The hotel facilities were great, with a clean and comfortable room that had a mosquito net. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging transportation and providing inside tips for my activities. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast they served, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The owner was particularly friendly and helpful, providing us with rides and assisting us with arranging transfers. The breakfast and dinners served at the hotel were delicious and freshly prepared. We loved the peaceful atmosphere and being surrounded by nature, with monkeys, hornbills, and monitor lizards visible from our porch. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance to the town, but they can easily arrange a tuk tuk if needed. a truly memorable experience!
