The hotel was clean and well-maintained. We loved the hotel facilities, especially the spacious rooms and comfortable king size bed. Parking was convenient, and we had no issues with access to the hotel even in the evenings. The location close to nature was a highlight, with beautiful trees surrounding the property and a nearby cenote for a refreshing dip. The staff was friendly and courteous, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the jungle. The cleanliness was impressive, with nice and clean rooms and a modern aesthetic. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely pool and a balcony overlooking it. The location, although down a dirt road, was perfect for me as it was close to a cenote park. The staff were extremely helpful and even took me to the supermarket once. I had a unique and relaxing experience in this residential area.

I absolutely loved staying here! The hotel provided real blankets, which was a huge plus for my kids. The room was incredibly clean and had its own kitchenette with a dining table. The hotel also had a free Cenote included in the price, which was absolutely amazing to explore for hours. Additionally, there was a coffee shop/restaurant on the grounds and other cenotes available for a fee. This was the perfect place to stay with kids. The location was great too, as it was only a 15-minute taxi ride to the Beach and Downtown Zones. I particularly enjoyed having access to the Cenote whenever I needed and the walking trail for my morning exercise.
I had a fantastic stay! The house was sparkling clean and the room was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They even went above and beyond by returning something I had left behind. The location was just what I was looking for, situated in a natural area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Plus, the access to the cenotes was great - I enjoyed swimming in the beautiful cenote that we were allowed to use. a great experience.

The location was perfect for us as it allowed us to escape the crowds and enjoy the tranquility of the area. Being close to the Ruins of Tulum was a bonus.
