I absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was just the right distance from the main strip, offering a quiet atmosphere while still being within walking distance of all the excitement. The hotel is situated right next to a lively river, which added to the scenic beauty. Despite there being a mountain coaster on the other side of the river, the soothing sound of the rushing water drowned out most of the noise. One thing that stood out to me was the heated tiles in the bathroom, which were a blessing on cold nights and provided much-needed relief for my sore feet after a day of walking. The room itself was impeccable - spotlessly clean and the beds were quite comfortable. The staff was outstanding, especially Nichole, who went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transfer of my reservation to my parents. They even provided my parents with a first-floor room overlooking the creek, with exquisite bedding. This exceptional service made their stay truly unforgettable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. The room was spotlessly clean with all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and microwave. The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for the kids, and they especially loved night swimming. The location was ideal, as we could easily walk to downtown Gatlinburg and only needed our vehicle for hiking and tournaments. We also appreciated the multiple parking options and the convenience of an ice machine on our floor. The breakfast in the mornings and the evening wine and cheese, as well as the milk and cookies at night, were a nice touch. this hotel exceeded our expectations and if we're ever in this city again, we will definitely stay here.

Additionally, the hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful babbling brook right next to it and even a racquetball court and exercise equipment. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, where we had plenty of healthy choices and the staff was happy to accommodate any requests. Speaking of the staff, they were all so friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

We were delighted to have a view of the creek from our room. The location was convenient, right at the beginning of the strip, making it easy to walk to downtown and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the heat lamp in the bathroom. The hotel facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were well-maintained and we were allowed to use them for an extra 30 minutes. we were very satisfied with our experience.
