I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and even offered airport pick-up for a fee. The breakfast room had stunning decor with original features, and the breakfasts themselves were lovely. The hotel is conveniently located near a good, frequent, and cheap local bus system, making it easy to explore the city.

I absolutely loved the character of this beautiful Victorian mansion! Each room had its own unique charm, making me feel like I had stepped back in time to 1885. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and well-maintained common areas that were truly beautiful. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The breakfast served at this hotel was simply amazing, a delicious start to my day. The location was ideal, just a few minutes away from downtown and conveniently close to transportation options.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, with immaculate linens and a spotless room. The hotel facilities were impressive, from the beautifully decorated parlour where we enjoyed tea by the fire, to the elegant cut glass and china cups and plates. The personalized service provided by the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for our visit to this city, with easy access to the Craigdarroch castle, a historical landmark built during the reign of Queen Victoria by coal baron Robert Dunsmuir.
