The location was amazing, just a short walk to the harbour and main street. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel genuinely appreciated. The hotel facilities were great, with complimentary bikes and a cozy basement bar manned by Stu, who was a fantastic conversationalist.

Cleanliness was impeccable. Hotel facilities were charming and full of historical charm. Convenient parking available nearby. The location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I was impressed by the wide range of facilities available. The complimentary bicycles were a stylish and convenient way to get around. The comfortable beds and spacious rooms made for a great night's sleep. The hotel even provided L'Occitane amenities in the bathroom, which was a delightful touch.

The bed was super comfy, the room and bathroom were just the right size, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the ferry and surrounded by cute shops and a great restaurant. We loved that they offered complimentary bikes and car service.
