The hotel's location right on the Bow River allows for stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. We loved sitting in the backyard in the Adirondack chairs and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The breakfast provided at this hotel was absolutely divine. It was cooked with perfection and the attention to detail was evident. We also appreciated the interesting conversations we had with other guests during breakfast. The staff at this hotel, Merrill and Diane, were super accommodating and made our stay even more perfect. They were friendly, helpful, and added extra little touches like a mini box of truffles on our bed and bowls of jelly bellies around the place. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. We also appreciated the range of toiletries provided, all in full-sized items.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were top-notch, including a steam room and jacuzzi tub in the Royal King room. The location was ideal for snowshoeing in the surrounding nature, with convenient access to the highways.
