Convenience of staying in a walkable location with easy access to Ogunquit Village and Marginal Way. Comfortable and spacious room with a lovely balcony. Friendly staff who were helpful and accommodating. Free parking on-site, a blessing considering the cost of parking in the city.
No telephone in the room for easy communication with the front desk. Outdated room with faulty electrical outlets.
The hotel had a convenient location, right on the trolley route, making it easy to explore the area. I enjoyed having breakfast just outside the breakfast area and front porch, where I could relax and sip coffee while soaking up the sun or finding a shady spot. The staff were friendly and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities impressed me, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience.

The hotel had a lovely cottage beach decor, with a light and airy atmosphere. The cleanliness was impeccable, making the room feel fresh and inviting. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of town, making it easy to explore the restaurants and shops.
All was perfect.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel itself was well maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a hot shower. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an outside pool that was perfect for cooling off after a hot day at the beach. We also appreciated the hot tub, even though the weather was too hot for us to use it. The fire pit area was a nice touch, although we didn't have a chance to enjoy it. The location was ideal, with a quick walk to downtown and Perkins Cove. We loved sitting on the large outside porch, shaded from the sun, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
