The hotel is in a quiet and green neighborhood, close to the Hong Kong Plaza with good Chinese restaurant and popular Mambo Café nightclub. It is also next to a park with fantastic bird song and has a good sunbathing area. The location is near Avenida Tulum, making it convenient for transportation. The breakfast is delicious and the staff is welcoming and service-minded.

We loved our stay at this hotel! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, giving us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and provided a perfect start to our day. The hotel's location was ideal, as it was close to downtown and within walking distance to a mall and a bus station. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were also impressive. Additionally, the rooftop breakfast area provided a beautiful view and a great place to relax.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being very close to both the hotelzone and the city center. It was also situated in a quiet area, right next to a park where I could enjoy the fantastic bird song every morning. The hotel facilities were great, especially the rooftop pool where I could work in peace while enjoying the view. The breakfast served on the top terrace was delicious, with a variety of options including omelets and fruit. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and caring, always making sure I had everything I needed.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
