We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our time here. We were able to store our luggage free of charge after check-out, which was really convenient. The shared facilities were nice and clean, with two large private showers on our floor and three separate toilets. The lounge area was comfy and a great place to relax.
There was nothing we didn't like.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, with easy access to the snow and ice festivals as well as public transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I appreciated that they spoke English. The hotel had nice lounges where I could relax, and the beds were surprisingly comfortable. I also liked that there were lockers available for my valuables, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy.
