I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The food in the evenings was delicious, especially the sausages and mash. The bathroom was modern and the shower had hot water. The hotel had good storage heaters, so it was nice and warm during my winter stay. The staff were friendly and even gave me an extra pillow. The hotel's location was great, with a Tesco opposite for convenience, and it was easy to get around the city and to trams, events, and the hospital. it was good value for money.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and had a great location right next to the tram stop, making it extremely convenient for getting to the city center. The staff were super helpful and the parking was just yards away.
