We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right in the center of the charming coastal town. The location on the quay provided stunning views of the harbor, which we enjoyed waking up to every morning. The hotel facilities were great, with immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the free parking permit was a welcome bonus, allowing us to leave our car for the duration of our visit and easily explore all the pubs in this city.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the midst of the harbour and in the centre of town. We enjoyed lovely views overlooking the harbour and Whitby. The hotel staff were excellent, especially the younger ones who should be commended for their great teamwork. The hospitality provided by Claire, Matthew, and Gemma was outstanding from start to finish. They even helped us with our luggage up to the room, which was a nice touch. The room itself was wonderful - spacious, beautifully clean, and with a stunning view over the harbour.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the center of a bustling harbour setting. It is close to all attractions and within walking distance of all the shops. The panoramic views of the harbour and the abbey are simply breathtaking. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast options were outstanding, with the bacon being the best I've ever had in any hotel. the cleanliness and hotel facilities were top-notch, and the parking arrangements were satisfactory.
