I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly. She really went out of her way to accommodate the needs of my children during breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was very close to everything. Being close to all amenities and the seaside made it so convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. I also appreciated the fact that there was ample parking available for guests.

The hotel is really close to arcades, the beach, and everything in town. It's right on the seafront, providing a great location for seaside activities. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were excellent. The cleanliness and parking facilities were also commendable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a great location near the centre of Skegness. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean and comfortable room that had a mini fridge stocked with fresh milk for our tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing us with all the necessary information upon arrival. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options and the staff even remembered our picky requests. We also loved the balcony view, watching the sunrise was a lovely experience.

The hotel had a great location, being close to everything we needed in Skegness. It was right on the seafront, with easy access to arcades and the beach. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The staff were friendly and always available to help.
