The staff were amazing, friendly and showed us to our room. The beds were AMAZING! The room was in excellent condition, clean and fresh. We both slept very well indeed. The hotel is located opposite the Co-op if provisions are needed. There is plenty of parking available, and the hotel is next to the restaurant. The location is away from the drone, boom boom sound, ensuring a peaceful stay. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly.

We loved the cleanliness of our room, which had a spacious bathroom and convenient tea/coffee facilities. The hotel's location was perfect, just opposite a Co-op for any provisions we needed and within walking distance of the train station and shops. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and always ready to help.
There was nothing we didn't like.
It's just off the main pedestrian shopping area of town, making it convenient for exploring. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and they were refreshed daily. Transportation was easy, as it is within walking distance from the train station. The location was perfect for those doing the NC500 route, and it's just streets away from the beautiful Thurso Bay.
