It was easy to find from the train station and within easy reach of the main shopping center, The Tower, and Coral Island. The hotel facilities were more than satisfactory, with a fabulous breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly, inviting, and knowledgeable about the area.

The staff, Gary and Jill, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service and sharing their knowledge of the area. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to transportation and situated in a central position, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to have a break in this city.

The hotel facilities were of a very high standard, providing everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of hot drinks, juice, cereals, and a perfectly prepared and served meal. The staff were super friendly, welcoming, and went the extra mile to make us feel at home.
