We had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with a keycard for public transport, making it easy for us to get downtown. The trolley station right in front of the house was incredibly convenient. The breakfast was freshly made every day and amazing. We also loved that there was parking available behind the house. The location in a very convenient location near the university meant that there were plenty of ethnic restaurants nearby for us to explore and enjoy.
Our stay at this hotel was incredible. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We were also impressed by the easy access into the city and the hotel's location near UPenn. The array of coffee, teas, and sweets provided throughout the day was a lovely touch. The staff, especially Cesar and Ricky, were fantastic hosts and made us feel right at home. The breakfast provided was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed chatting with other guests around the big family table.

I had an incredible stay at this bed and breakfast! The hosts, Ricky, Cesar, and Sugar, were so welcoming and made me feel right at home. The Victorian-style house with its antique decorations and cozy porch and garden was simply charming. Plus, the location in a residential and university city area was perfect, with restaurants and pubs nearby. It was also incredibly convenient to reach the city center using the tram 13, which stopped right in front of the house. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, like something you would find in a five-star hotel - delicious, beautifully presented, and innovative. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We loved our stay at this charming bed and breakfast. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, with lots of ethnic restaurants within walking distance, and easy access into the city. We also appreciated the proximity to the University of the Sciences, making it convenient for people visiting the university. Additionally, the transportation options were great, with a SEPTA trolley stop just steps away. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the staff was friendly and attentive.
