We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room we stayed in was recently redecorated and furnished to a very high standard. The large sash windows made the room very light and airy. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the restaurant. The food was amazing, and we ended up eating there for both nights of our stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was close to the railway station, making it convenient for us to travel around and visit attractions in the area. Additionally, we enjoyed walking around the quay side and exploring the town.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Conwy. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. The hotel is ideally situated, very close to the train station which was a bonus. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were of high quality. The breakfast provided each morning was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect, being directly across from the tourist center and within easy walking distance to the town and a famous castle.
