Value for money
The staff at the hotel were welcoming, gracious, and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. They greeted us at reception, served us in the bar, and even accommodated our request to store our luggage for the day. The hotel had a separate entrance, which was convenient for families and seniors who didn't want to visit the pub. The breakfast room was spacious with great views, and the breakfast itself was excellent.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The staff at the reception, bar, and breakfast were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent customer service. They even allowed me to leave my luggage for the day without any issues. The cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and just a few minutes' walk to the beach. Plus, there were plenty of shops and bars nearby. The value for money was excellent, and the breakfast served was delicious. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
All good.
The room on the 3rd floor was clean and well-presented, with tea, coffee, and milk topped up daily. The staff, especially Tracy and Teagan, were incredibly friendly and efficient, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to both the city center and the seafront. the hotel was conveniently close to the gardens leading down to the beach, making it ideal for a visit to the Open Air Theatre for a gig. The breakfast provided was delicious and freshly cooked.
It was all superb.

The comfortable bed provided us with a great night's sleep, and we were delighted to have a great view of the sea from our room. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a lovely bar where we enjoyed a few drinks. The location was perfect, right in the town center, and within a short walking distance to the seafront, shops, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and very kind, always ready to help.
Can't fault anything about it.
