The Cheltenham Townhouse Studios At Glenfall Lawn Pittville Circus

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, and the staff, including the owner, were so accommodating and friendly. The studio apartment was well equipped with a kitchenette, private bathroom, and off-street parking. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet suburban area just up from the shopping district but on a quiet street in a historic, park-like neighborhood. It was also close to local shops as well as the town centre. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and there were nice touches like toiletries and breakfast provisions left for us. The staff, especially Jayne, were very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.

The hotel staff went over and above to help us out, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's proximity to the beautiful Pitville gardens added to the overall charm. The breakfast served was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We couldn't fault the staff's friendliness and their excellent service.

The location was excellent, within walking distance of the Pittville Pump room, as well as shopping, eating, and drinking establishments. The hotel facilities were stylishly renovated and attention to detail was superb. The breakfast was delicious and well portioned, with a good choice of options. We also appreciated the clean and modern shower, as well as the comfortable bed and lovely bed linen. Additionally, the hotel provided a welcome pack and full jars of ground coffee, tea, and sugar in the apartment, which was a nice touch.
