The hotel had excellent facilities and was very clean. The staff were accommodating and allowed me to store my bike safely overnight. The location was ideal, especially for those attending sporting events at Headingley stadium. Parking on-site was a great bonus. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to travel to the city centre.
All was perfect.
I had a fantastic stay at this B&B during my visit to the university. The rooms were impeccably clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided great value for money, with freshly cooked options prepared to order. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect for my needs, as it was close to the university and surrounded by lovely restaurants. The hotel also had the added advantage of having parking facilities.

We had a fantastic stay at this budget hotel. The location was brilliant, situated on a quiet street just off the main town center. We were provided with ample parking at the rear of the hotel, which was a great convenience. The hotel offered free on-site parking, which was a bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We particularly appreciated the freshly prepared breakfast, which was one of the best we've had in a hotel. It was just what we needed to start the day. Additionally, the comfortable bed ensured a good night's rest. The hotel's proximity to Headingley stadium was ideal for our cricket trip.
Didn't dislike anything about the hotel.
