The location of this guest house was perfect for exploring the town center and the lake, with only a short walk required. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive and the hotel facilities were great, including a comfortable bed, TV with DVD player, and a good selection of drinks and snacks. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was ideal for me as it was in a peaceful area but still very close to the town center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and go shopping. The hotel facilities were modern yet charming, maintaining the Victorian charm while providing all the necessary amenities. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, with a comfortable bed and pillows that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including a delicious full English breakfast and plenty of cereal choices.

We had a fantastic stay, with the hotel's location being the highlight - very near the town centre, only minutes away. The room was lovely and in a great location, providing easy access to every amenity yet still offering a peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious and really set us up for the day of hiking ahead. The staff, especially Paul, were incredibly accommodating and helpful, providing us with useful information and recommendations for our hikes. We will definitely be returning.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just minutes away from the town centre and close to all the sightseeing spots in this city. It was also conveniently located near the local art house cinema and Theatre by the Lake, as well as Derwent Water. the hotel facilities were top-notch, offering a comfortable and cheery room with a view of the mountains. The staff, especially the owner, went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcome and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including a tasty full English breakfast and fresh fruit.

We loved the cleanliness and modern facilities of this hotel. The parking was convenient, and the hotel's location made it easy for us to explore the entire Lake District. Being close to the town center allowed us to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful.
