Cleanliness was exceptional, with well-decorated and luxurious suites. Hotel facilities were top-notch, including separate living areas and private outdoor porches. The location right next to a beautiful park and on the shores of Lake Ontario provided stunning views. We highly recommend this hotel for its proximity to nearby shopping, restaurants, playhouses, and wineries.

I had a fantastic stay at this waterfront hotel. The stunning lake views from the private outdoor porch were breathtaking, especially in the morning while sipping on tea. The spacious and luxurious suites were beautifully decorated and had separate living areas, providing ample space for relaxation. The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff ensured that everything was well-prepared and tidy. Additionally, the hotel's location, right on the water among million-dollar homes, added to the overall charm. It was also conveniently close to the Shaw theaters, making it easy to enjoy some live entertainment. The breakfast served was delicious and filling, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location of the hotel was near perfect, right on the lake, providing breathtaking views of Lake Ontario. It was a great retreat away from the Niagara mass tourism, but still close enough to easily visit the city. The staff, especially Julie, an Irish Lady, provided exceptional hospitality, caring for us in every aspect. On top of that, the breakfast served was delicious and varied each day.
