The Mansion On 17Th, Formerly Schaefer Haus Galveston

The staff was wonderful and made sure I was happy with everything during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options available. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The hotel had a charming and nostalgic feel, perfect for old souls like me. The location was great, within walking distance to the main attractions and a short drive to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as expected - cozy, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable, and we slept really well. The staff, particularly Tammy, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel facilities were great, and we appreciated the afternoon happy hour. The location was perfect, near everything down the seawall.

We had a fantastic stay! The decor was warm and inviting. Breakfast was awesome with delicious food and mimosas. The staff was amazing - helpful and nice. They even surprised us with wine, flowers, and a cake for my husband's birthday. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mansion. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of its grandeur and craftsmanship. The staff, especially Tammy, was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome right away. Our room was absolutely perfect, with a gorgeous view, a comfortable bed, and a claw bath tub. The breakfast served was delicious, and we loved sitting on the inviting porch. The location was convenient, just a short walk away from everything along the seawall. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely be coming back in the future.
