We had a fantastic stay at this guest house. The cleanliness was impeccable, with the room being newly decorated and nicely furnished. The hotel facilities were great, and the breakfast provided was amazing and very filling. The staff were efficient and friendly, providing excellent service. The location of this guest house was perfect, just a short 2-minute walk to the town centre, shops, restaurants.
From great communication throughout to a very very clean safe and secure guest house in an excellent location. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff knew the names of all guests staying with them and remembered their breakfast order.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a guest house in this city. The location was ideal, just a 2-minute walk away from the shops and restaurants in the center, as well as from Derwentwater. I didn't have to worry about parking since there was a park over the road. Plus, for those who love exploring, the hills and mountains were easily reachable on foot. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and newly decorated rooms. The staff, especially Deb and Lee, were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They provided great advice on hiking and other activities, and even set up a text message system for safety checks during our hike. And to top it all off, the breakfast cooked by Lee was absolutely delicious, with options for vegetarians like me.

We loved the great communication throughout our stay. The location was fantastic, just a 2-minute walk into town and to the beautiful Derwentwater. We didn't have to worry about parking as it was easily accessible. The breakfasts were delicious and kept us full until the afternoon. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with helpful tips and maps for walks in the surrounding area.
