I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the rest of the facilities was impeccable. Everything worked fine, except for one outlet in the bathroom. The hotel has a small indoor pool and a rooftop bar, which were great spots for relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly and always helpful. The hotel is located right on the Malecon, providing easy access to transportation and a beautiful view. The breakfast offered was delicious and the English spoken was excellent.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was right on the Malecon and very near the main pedestrian street "El Conde". It was also close to the Malecon, which provided beautiful views. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking both English and Spanish. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was a great way to start the day.

The hotel was very clean and well kept. The staff were professional and polite. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, close to the colonial zone and many interesting attractions. The terrace area was a great place to relax.
