I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help with any queries I had. The room was spacious and clean, with high ceilings that gave it a sense of grandeur. The hotel's location was convenient, as it was within easy walking distance of the main attractions and not far from the city center. Additionally, the hotel was easy to get to from the train station, only a 7 or 8 minute walk away.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had a great stay in this guest house, with the staff being really kind and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and the city centre. It was also conveniently located near the main attractions and the Academia, where "David" is located. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were top-notch. Additionally, breakfast served in the room every morning was a nice touch.
