The hotel is very clean, with a lovely old house charm. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including different kinds of breads, fruits, yogurt, oatmeal. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with Parliament Hill only a 15-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants and pubs on Elgin Street, just a few steps from the hotel.

The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the rooftop seating area where I could soak up some sun. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of everything in downtown. I loved being right across from a park where families were playing with their kids. The breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit everyone's taste. Lastly, the staff was attentive and accommodating, always ready to address any concerns.

We loved the fantastic location of this hotel, situated right on bustling Elgin Street, with easy access to major traffic arteries and within walking distance of downtown Ottawa's top attractions, including the National Arts Centre and the stunning National Gallery. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with well-maintained facilities and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing helpful suggestions and allowing us to leave our car parked after checkout.
Couldn't fault anything about this hotel.
