We absolutely loved our stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location was ideal, being within the historic city walls and just a short walk from all the major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we were impressed with the facilities provided. The breakfast offered a delightful spread of local foods, and we particularly enjoyed having it on the terrace while admiring the breathtaking view of the churches. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Maria Louisa, were like family to us. They were kind and helpful, making us feel right at home immediately. They gave us excellent restaurant suggestions and informed us about the best places to visit, including Il Campo and other sights on the hill above. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk to everything in this city easily, and the view from the terrace at breakfast was simply stunning. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast provided was amazing, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. We couldn't have asked for more!

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel in the heart of a beautiful Tuscan city. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were exceptional. The location, just a short walk from the duomo and Piazza del Campo, made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, attentive, and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of local foods to choose from.
