The hotel was spotlessly clean, with excellent room standards and a warm atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was of a very good standard, and the location was perfect for a weekend break, being very close to the beach.
Everything was spot on.
The upgraded suite was very clean and spacious, separate from the pub which we appreciated. The location in Charlestown was perfect for exploring the village's interesting history and charming atmosphere. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for things to do in the area. Breakfast selection and service were also very good.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were extremely friendly, accommodating, and made me feel immediately welcomed. The cleanliness of the rooms was spotless, with fresh towels provided daily. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the beautiful harbour and sea. It was also conveniently close to the A30, making it perfect for my business trip to Cornwall. The breakfast provided had a great selection and the service was quick. a wonderful experience that I will definitely be returning to in the future.
