I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The managers were incredibly friendly and efficient, resolving any issues that arose immediately. The hotel's customer service is excellent. The location is perfect, just a block away from the city center and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. It's also very convenient for accessing the lagoon, which is just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel provides free water and shampoo, and the staff is very helpful. The hotel facilities, including private parking and reliable internet and Netflix on the TVs, added to the overall positive experience.
