We loved the hotel's location close to many restaurants in El Poblado and near the Poblado park. The area felt safe and we enjoyed walking around. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, even before our arrival, they organized taxi service and tours for us.

We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was perfect - close to many restaurants and bars in El Poblado, and just a short walk away from Poblado Park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained garden next to the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English fluently and assisting us with taxi services and tours. Additionally, the breakfast provided each morning was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and juices. We also appreciated the hotel facilities, including the secure parking and the option to use the pool at the neighboring hotel.

We could request freshly cooked omelettes or any choice of cooked egg we wanted. The staff at the hotel was extremely helpful, from the moment of check-in until our check-out. They were always available to assist us and provide any information we needed.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially one staff member who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a king-size bed. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast! They served eggs, a variety of fruits, and cereal. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location close to many restaurants were the best aspects of my stay.
