I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, from the well-maintained facilities to the comfortable bed. The off-road parking behind a gate provided added security and convenience. Additionally, the location was great, with easy access to transportation via the bus stop right outside the hotel. It was also a short drive or even walking distance to the city centre and the football stadium, perfect for my visit to Elland Road.
There was nothing I didn't like.
The room was clean and tidy, with all the basic amenities I needed such as a comfortable bed, bathroom, tea/coffee facilities, TV. The B&B is conveniently located on a bus route, making it easy to get to the city centre. It is also within walking distance of Elland Road football ground, perfect for football fans like me. Plus, there was a pub right across the road, great for grabbing a drink after the game.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B in Leeds. The hotel facilities were great, with clean sheets, comfortable beds, and a hot shower. The staff were welcoming and informative, and they even allowed me to check in early. The location was perfect for my needs, as it was near Leeds city center and had free parking.

The transportation options were incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right outside the hotel that took us directly to the places we needed to be. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always answered our questions with a smile.
