The hotel's location in a safe area with rolling hills, just a block or so off the river. The convenience of having a bus line nearby and parking available. The hospitality of the staff, who were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, close to public transportation and the downtown area. The room I stayed in was clean, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast served was delicious, with a beautiful dining room and a big table where all the guests could socialize. The staff was easy-going and hospitable.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with plenty of blankets to keep us warm. The hotel facilities were great, offering self-serve water, tea, and coffee. The location was perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood with rolling hills just a block away from the river. It was a scenic walk to the nearby attractions of Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. The staff, especially Li, the manager, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Li went above and beyond to make us feel valued and even gave my son a lovely keychain. She provided us with recommendations for dining and sightseeing, making our stay even more enjoyable. We felt like valued guests and not just a number.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming inn. The house was beautifully decorated with lovely antiques, creating a stylish and welcoming environment. The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was impeccable. The location was very convenient, with easy access to bus transport for tourist destinations. It was also just a short walk or bus ride to the famous falls. The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, providing a breakfast fit for a King or Queen with endless coffee refills. The staff were friendly and attentive, offering helpful information and ensuring every detail was taken care of.

I had a fantastic stay at this B&B. The owners were incredibly accommodating and understanding of my wife's mobility issues, ensuring we had a ground floor room. The landlady was supportive and hardworking, making our stay truly enjoyable. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with unique furniture and a genuine Japanese costume. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel also provided 24/7 access to tea and coffee in the dining room, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel's location near the waterfall and the Wego bus stop made it convenient to explore downtown.
