Cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, location in a lovely quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance of the town, private kitchen and lounge, close enough to walk into town for my wife to shop.

The hotel was clean and had excellent facilities. We found it convenient for transportation, being close to the city centre and only about a mile away from the racecourse. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at this B&B in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the town center and close to everything this city has to offer. The room we stayed in was very large, bright, and airy, with a wonderful view over the garden. The ensuite bathroom had a large walk-in shower, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living room was spacious and nicely furnished. The off-street parking was convenient, and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The freshly made breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed chatting with the owners during our meal. we highly recommend this B&B for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff.

We loved the spacious and cozy self-contained apartment with comfortable beds, a chill-out lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment was warm and had a nice bathroom with hot water. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the friendly owner. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to reach restaurants, attractions, and the town center, either by car or through regular walks.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed, a modern and spotlessly clean en-suite bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen and living room. The cleanliness of the entire property was remarkable. The hotel also provided convenient off-road parking and was located in a beautiful area not far from the city centre. Additionally, the breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide variety to choose from, including a delicious full English breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and restful.
