During my stay, Mr. Gerard Jean provided me with a helpful map and great suggestions for exploring the city. He even gave me driving directions to the famous Montmorency Falls. The hotel's location was excellent, allowing me to easily walk to various tourist sites. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and fulfilling. the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the old town of Quebec City. Additionally, the hotel had parking available, and we were able to easily reach anywhere in the city by following Jerald's instructions.

The hotel's location just next to the old city walls was perfect for exploring this city. It was within walking distance to anywhere in the old town of Quebec City. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the hotel facilities were comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast provided was delicious, with homemade jam and pastries, and the staff, particularly Mr. Gerard Jean, were friendly and helpful with providing recommendations and a map.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were excellent. Convenient parking and easy transportation to Gare du Palais, plus a short level walk to all the main attractions. The location felt like being in a charming old cabaret. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making our stay delightful.

The staff helped us in selecting what is the best that we have to see and visit. Additionally, it is fairly close to attractions in old Quebec.
