We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with no trace of that mildew smell often found in warm climates. The bathroom and shower were great, and we appreciated the fridge in the room. The hotel's location was perfect, close to everything but tucked away from the noisy crowds. We also loved the fact that there were water, coffee, and tea available at the reception at all times. The staff was excellent, from the friendly and helpful greeting by Malique to the wonderful service provided by Ayana at the front desk and Miloda at the breakfast station.

The location was ideal, as it was within walking distance of all the main attractions and just a short distance from the Key West Express for easy transportation. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with our room being spotless and well-maintained. The staff truly made our experience memorable, with Ayana at the front desk being incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was delicious and well-stocked, with Miloda at the breakfast station ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were also pleased to find ample parking available, and the hotel facilities were excellent.

The hotel facilities were great. The pool was refreshing and the free bikes were a convenient way to explore the area. The continental breakfast had a decent selection and the coffee was good. The front office staff were helpful and friendly.

I had a great stay at the hotel. It was conveniently located close to the scenic areas and within walking distance of the interesting parts of town. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff was phenomenal. They even surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for my partner's birthday. The breakfast, hosted by the pool, was from a local bakery and delicious. it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience.
