The location of this hotel is fantastic, close to the heart of the city. The staff on day 1 was brilliant and always asked if everything was okay. The room itself was lovely and spacious with a super comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a fully equipped kitchen and a great shower. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel provided generous towels.

The hotel is located in a very nice neighbourhood, super close to everything, in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and aesthetically pleasing.
Everything was fantastic.
The rooms were beautifully designed and decorated, with a cozy bed and a well-stocked kitchen. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast options were excellent, especially the delicious oatmeal. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful neighborhood and close to all the main streets in Downtown Boston.
Hard to think of anything negative. The only minor issue was the confusing information about the shuttle service and the lack of face towels.
