Reasonably good and clean hotel, helpful staff. Room had a clean bathroom that we appreciated. Central location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Francisco Moreno Museum of Patagonia. Besides, it was at a near distance from downtown, that worked for us.
Fairly clean place & helpful staff. I got free upgrade and enjoyed it. This hotel was set in a central area. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like familia weiss restaurant that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
Wi-Fi was very poor.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, it's divine hotel. This accommodation was in the central location. Just off the city centre. Café Rapa Nui located 1 km away was a nice surprise.
