We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel's location in the center of town was perfect - it was close to shops and amenities, and we loved being in the heart of the national park. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed. We also appreciated the convenient parking and easy access to transportation options. The breakfast served at the hotel was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options including hot pancakes and eggs. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with excellent recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

We had the most amazing stay at this hidden gem in the heart of Banff. The location was perfect, right in the center of downtown, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The hotel facilities were cozy and comfortable, especially the cute and quaint cabins. We particularly loved the cleanliness of the cabins, making us feel right at home. The staff, especially Karin, the hostess, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She provided us with great travel tips and recommendations, ensuring we didn't miss out on any of the must-see spots in the area. The daily breakfasts she prepared of hot homemade muffins, croissants, jam, and coffee were simply delightful.

The location of this hotel is outstanding - it's right in the center of town but still very quiet. I was able to walk pretty much everywhere during my stay. The breakfast served here is one of the best I've had anywhere, and the blueberry muffins were absolutely delicious.
