I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure I had a fantastic experience. The kitchen crew also deserves a special mention as they prepared my meals exactly how I wanted them, without salt and non-spicy. The food was consistently delicious, especially their shakshuka. The room service was exceptional, as the staff even brought my meals to my room when I was feeling unwell. The hotel's location down the hill provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The view from both the room and the restaurant was absolutely breathtaking, offering a pristine view of the city and even the nearby fort.

The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained, with a charming rooftop restaurant serving delicious and affordable food. The staff, especially the Nepali workers and the friendly sister selling garments outside, are incredibly kind and always willing to engage in conversation. The atmosphere of the hotel is truly captivating, transporting you to a magical place in the mountains.

Being close to everything, I had the convenience of exploring all the popular attractions within easy reach. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. They were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service.
