The hotel's location on the outskirts of town was convenient for our visit to Shenandoah National Park. The staff was responsive, organized, and thoughtful, providing excellent customer service. The cleanliness was outstanding, with a very clean room and plenty of hot water. The continental breakfast had a good variety of options and there was always coffee and tea available.
