The staff at the hotel were polite, kind, and spoke English fluently, making communication easy and enjoyable. They were also very helpful, providing assistance in finding restaurants and bars in the area. The location of the hotel was close to the city center, making it convenient to explore the main attractions. The hotel had a small garden which added a unique touch to the atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with everything cleaned and maintained.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, very close to the city centre and just a stone's throw away from the historic old town. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and Hugo stood out as the most friendly and accommodating staff member. The room we stayed in was comfortable and quiet, with good hot water in the shower. The shared kitchen was well-equipped and had drinking water available. The maps provided by the hotel were also very helpful in navigating the city.
