We had a great stay at this guest house. The staff was friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat and visit. The breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. The location was convenient, within walking distance of the town centre and quite near the train station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and provided us with a warm and welcoming welcome after a long day of traveling. The room was exactly what we needed, with comfortable beds and a good selection of towels. The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was close to both the train station and the university. Additionally, the central location made it easy for us to explore the city and access public transportation. We also loved the hotel's cleanliness and the presence of great artwork throughout the property. Furthermore, the breakfast on our second morning was tasty and well cooked. we highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Convenient location near the railway station and Mutley Plain for shops and pubs. Within walking distance to the University coach station and Drake Circus. Clean and tidy room with comfortable bed. Breakfast served with a wide choice, fresh and plentiful. Friendly and helpful staff
