We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and it looked exactly like the pictures. The location was unbeatable, right off Duval Street, making it easy to walk to all the shops, restaurants, and bars in the area. We didn't need to drive anywhere during our stay. The hotel facilities were great, with a cute courtyard and a free happy hour and continental breakfast. The front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful, making our check-in and happy hour experience a delight. Additionally, the hotel had convenient off-site parking and even allowed us to park temporarily while we unloaded our luggage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The woman at the front desk was incredibly friendly and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was a treat to see the staff diligently cleaning and fixing every day. The garden area was also adorable. Additionally, the location was perfect. It was very close to Duval Street, the heart of downtown, where all the attractions and activities are. It was so convenient to be just off of Duval Street, making it easy to drop off purchases and take rest stops from the heat. The continental breakfast included with the room was enjoyable, offering a good start to the day. The staff overall was helpful and made my stay even better.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from Duval Street and close to everything in town. The appearance of the hotel was good and I especially appreciated the helpful and cheerful concierge/manager who was onsite. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the facilities were great, including the lovely breakfast that I enjoyed in the garden each morning. The staff were hospitable and made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

We had an amazing stay! Alina at the front desk was incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze. The pool area provided a relaxing oasis, and the location was perfect. Just steps away from all the action on Duval Street, yet tucked away enough to enjoy a quiet night's sleep. The hotel facilities, including the outdoor lounge area and small party space, were delightful. Plus, we were pleasantly surprised by the tiki bar's happy hour and complimentary mixed drinks. The rooms were very clean, and the light breakfast in the morning was a nice touch.

We loved the location! We parked our car and didn't need it all week. The hotel was close to everything, right off Duval Street, and walking distance to all the interesting places in this city. The room, Havana Suite, was pleasant with a beautiful writing desk, perfect for our writing getaway. The hotel facilities were clean and festive, and the pool was nice. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. We felt welcomed to stay and hang out even after checking out.
Could not be improved in any way.
