We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was great and provided fast service. The hotel was peaceful and clean, giving us a nice and comfortable feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we had easy parking. The hotel facilities were new and well-maintained, and the hot tub was clean and hot. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient as it was within walking distance to the red train tour of historic St. Augustine.

The ease of parking and getting to the elevator was great. Plus, having 2 separate TVs in the suite was a bonus. The lobby was beautifully decorated, and the hotel's location was close to the city center. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and I loved that the windows actually opened. There was also a fantastic Mexican restaurant across the street and a convenient convenience store with over 100 different craft beers for sale. The front desk staff, specifically Chantelle, was extremely helpful and suggested a great restaurant for us to try.

I had a fantastic stay. The hotel was clean, with no musty smell. The room had a comfortable bed and good pillows. The bathroom was spotless, with no signs of mold. The A/C worked great and was not noisy. The hotel had a self-controlling A/C and a large flat-screen TV. The location was convenient, close to shopping and historic sightseeing. It was only a 15-minute drive to the beaches. The staff, including housekeeping, breakfast bar, and front desk, were very courteous. I would definitely stay here again.
