Everything was perfect - the cleanliness, comfortable beds, and the great variety of food for breakfast. The location was ideal, being close to shops, numerous eateries, and a short walk to Windermere lake. the hotel provided parking passes, making it convenient to park at various nearby locations and explore the city. The personal service at breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff made me feel welcome from the outset.

The hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the centre with easy access to the car park. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from our room to the bathroom, everything was spotless. In terms of facilities, we had a smart TV with access to Netflix, which was a great bonus. The breakfast options were excellent, allowing us to try something different every day. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
